the effect of a stressful physical body is that it feels uncomfortable in terms of pain, tiredness and others.

with stressful physical body, like fever, the general effect on human is that he is unable to do normal hobbies or activities. if this is to continue for long period and the person does not know what is the cause of the physical stress, like diagnosed kind of sickness, then the person is likely will feel fearful, vulnearable because he has no solutions and the stress is always with him.

he finds no meaning in life because he has lost interest in many things. his mind is prone to negative thoughts which will cause negative emotions very easily with his current physical stress. this will form a vicious cycle and thus he may enter depression.

sometimes, the physical stress will recover due to recovery of immune system or other reasons. with the energy being brought back to the person. negative thoughts and emotions does not come so easily and the person finds himself feeling fine again. he observes that his interest of doing normal things in life has being revived.

he usually forgets the period of discomfort. the complex reaction of physical, emotions, mental and behavioral aspects of human makes people difficult to help themselves in times of stress.

my view of solution
seperate the physical stress clearly. accept the body discomfort and endure it. minimize negative thoughts and emotions and do not let them form vicious cycle. just treat everything as discomfort of body that needs to be endured. if you are sick and you need to rest, then just lay on the bed, take medication and rest. do not let negative thoughts and feelings worsen the case.

if you are just filled with troubesome discomfort, then you have to just accept it. although it does not feel nice to do normal activites during this period, you have to accept this fact and make do with your not so good life.

it is common to start comparing this life sucks compared to a normal healthy life. you may also compare with other people who are living well now. such comparision can worsen your problem.

you may be the minority of people who are feeling discomfort and have a not-nice quality of life but this kind of thing do happen in life. so if you find that you are in this situation, acceptance is the solution. make do with what is left.

the common recurring problem of people is that they keep forgetting to accept some of life unfortunate events that happen to them. when you don't accept your plight fully, you will keep feeling bad and thinking bad because you fundamentally cannot accept your situation.

when you are feeling discomfort, also keep your mind open to finding ways to solve the discomfort or see a doctor.

the whole process of stress and recovery can be in one day in a daily pattern, related to body internal process. it can also be longer than one day. my personal experience is mainly within one day.

given that you are in pain due to a cause and you have to be like that for the rest of your life
, what would you do?

just endure the pain, and continue to do things if possible until you die loh. if the pain is so irritating that you cannot bring yourself to do anything except feeling the pain, then just live in such a way until you die loh.

the point is that you do not confuse and become paranoid just because you have a irritating pain and worsen your own situaiton. you should not drive yourself towards depression, and other negative states when it could all be just a matter of observing the pain, enduring it and thus minimizing as just a sensation. read more about buddhism's way of enduring pain.

be strong and do not do foolish things. at this point where your body is at discomfort, the mind is prone to negative thoughts which will then create more physical discomfort, thus create a spiral effects of negative events. if you read more on psychology, you will realize that mind and physical body has some connections which explains why people find it hard to recover when major unfortunate things happen on them.

what happens if i were to die prematurely and by then still did not have sex or just started to have sex?

in both cases, it would be bad because you have not enjoy sex before or you have only enjoyed it a few times.
given that you are alive now, you should not be afraid that one day this situation will happen and tell yourself you must not let this happen. this situation can happen to me and if really does so be it. accept the reality if it is going to happen and be calm about it. when you are feeling okay now, be calm. if it really happens, you should also be calm.
as i woke up, i felt a sharp pain on my heart area. it shakes me up from realising that if i would to die one day, it would be the most important issue of my life. it forces me to revisit the issue of death and its meaning again.

death is likely to lead to end of existence of self although i to not have absolute proof. It s however a safer bet to say that one ends when death comes to him. it is therefore the worst thing that can happen.

losing your job? being humiliated by people? these are minor things in life that to me is not a bad thing really. despite this, we still have to work in life and keep doing things everyday and try to live life as correctly as possible. the point is that we do not fret over any other things in life because they simply does not matter too much. what matter is that we are most likely going to die someday, so we want to ensure that every second of our life is not wasted on negative emotions.

the advice "live life to the fullest " has to be understood well. while trying new things makes your life more interesting, safety is still the most important citeria in life. evaulate the thing first before doing it so that you don't just do things because it feels good.

lastly, if i were to die today, and i have not done many things yet like sex, then don't feel sad at all. the reality is that dying without enjoying many fine things in life does happen to some people and the only way to deal with it is to accept it. as time tickles to your death, you remain calm just like every moment of the life you have lived. fully aware that you are going to die soon, you remain calm. if your breathing becomes faster or slower or there is a certain reaction of the body that changes, don't let it cause your mind to start to think wildly and negatively.

in times of death or accident, the body do undergo different sensation, reaction and pain which we cannot control. what we seek to control though is the mind to ensure that it is in calm state. just observe and follow through with whatever reaction your body is going through as the time tickles towards your possible death.

death is most likely to befall on me because there are many ways that death can occur. however, preventing it from happening is still one of the thing i want to do. i hope to research a solution of anti aging, for heart disease, virus, cancer, and other kinds of death agents. it sounds impossible and hence a possible waste of time but i shall give it a good try first, though there is probably no way i can know if it is right to spend time preventing death or not. the best thing is to keep an open mind and evaluate the situaiton regularly.

although most of the things you are preocuppied with are not serious or important thing like studying, working and solving family problems, you still need to do them. by doing them well, you will reap pleasure in the form of money, time and energy.

these rewards are not very high but still you have to work for them because it will be worst if you don't plan and live your life well.

purpose of life

our sense of existence is determined on our sense of awareness which comes from our 5 senses, which can be simply divided into 2 catergories of pain or pleasure. therefore, throughout our life, you are either experiencing pain or pleasure. in the middle of them is neutral feeling.

the purpose of life is therefore to increase pleasure and reduce pain of the body. therefore, the body is the most important factor in our life. we have to always observe our body condition regularly and priortize it over other things all our life. you have to be so skillful at taking care of your body that you bring to it the more pleasure and less pain.


hence, pain and death of your body is then the truly important thing to prevent, followed by pleasure, to achieve. all the other things like making money, achivements and being well liked are less important. in fact, they are actually all parts of pleasure and pain.

therefore, in life, there is actually no important things in all things except death and unbearable pain. all other things like failure, loss of kins or loss of money are not very important.

achieving high pleasure through sex is also another important thing. hence it is an important issue.

first, this type of events means that you will have very bad consequences. this effects can be broken into 3 groups which is important to know.

the first worst case is body damages that lead to death. although you will cease to exist upon death and you no need to think any more, it is actually a very bad thing because you can no longer exist anymore.

the second case is severe pain. there are many types of severe pain. severe pain is a very huge determinant for happy and high quality life because human exists primarily as a physical beings whose sole motivation is seeking plesasure and avoiding pain and death.

the third case of bad effects is pernament damage of body. the world is mainly catered and built for people with full and healthy body. Any damage or loss of body function will hence greatly reduce the amount of benefits, and hence pleasure you can get to enjoy.

money on the other hand, does not cause physical pain and it reduces pleasure by a small amount only.

whether it is about death, pain or loss of body function or parts, it is all about getting plesure for the person.
there are two types of events to differentiate.

first are events where you physical body is pernamently damaged, injured or killed. examples include, freak accidents, common accidents, diseases, natural disaster or injuries caused by human. this last factor can be broken down into intentional or unintentional causes. Whatever the reasons, the point is that your body is injured, damaged or killed. Hence, pain is experience. there are different types of pain and it can occur at different parts like the brain, skin, eyeball just to name a few.

the damages i am talking about is not minor recoverable ones. it has to be serious enough, like handicap, paralysis, pernament injuries which has huge effects in long term and of course death. The pain involve is acute and/or prolonged. the absence of healthy, normal body will also lead to natural discrimination from society and loss of benefits like loss of leg or erectile dysfunction.

body damages is hence serious thing that a man can experienced. any other things that does not seriously or pernamently damage the body is actually not a big problem. Hence, examples like failing exams, failing in careers, emotional problems, daily bodily stresses and mental stress are not big problems as they do not cause any pernament body damages.

pernament body damages are serious because when you lose your money or job, there are many solutions and alternatives and the actual cost to the quality of your life is insignicant. so called true happiness is nothing but to achieve pleasure on the body and avoid pain of the body. even events of loss of kins is primarily a emotional problem which requires correct beliefs. As loss of kins does not lead to pernament body damages, it is hence not as serious as loss of your own leg.

this may seem selfish and therefore possibly a wrong argument. However, we are talking about how severe things are to a person, therefore pernament body damage of the person is a greater loss than death of his kins.

hence, most of the other events in life is not serious at all and it has little negative effects as compared to pernament body damages. this means that events that involves possible body damages has more reasons to be prevented.

so far, my body is fairly normal. as my life unfolds and bad things that happen should be quickly be made known to yourself by high self awareness on whether the issue is truly bad or a small issue based on this theory and hence knowing its severity will has useful consequences.
